just a peek

A great pleasure of being loved is being able to express yourself without having to be perfect.

It was Mary who helped me to realize that I didn’t have to be anyone else but “me” to express thoughts I felt.  And that there just may be others, like me, who silent in the shadows, wait their turn, almost on the verge of bursting with emotion contained, repressed, unforgiving for myriad reasons.   It was she who extended a graceful word and hand, encouraging me to write, to relate, to live and stop fearing to love.

  1. Wow! You did it, and you did it with style. Bravo! Your entries are golden nuggets to stimulate internal conversations–and of course I love the family stories. You get 5 stars, dear friend. M.
